Fall Fundraisers

Our Fall Merchandise Sale will be at the studio Nov. 9th - 20th. New ACSD merchandise will be available during these 2 weeks and we will not be doing orders. This is a fundraiser and all proceeds will go into the general account of ACPC. Mark your calendars, save your money and be ready to purchase!

We have a few cookbooks left and they are on sale for $10 at the Chasse' Cafe. These make great gifts!

Dance Makers Convention

A sign-up sheet for DanceMakers Convention is on the bulletin board at the studio. The convention will be at the Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center in Nashville on October 23-25. All dancers wanting to attend must sign-up and pay the convention fees by Monday, Sept. 28th.

Monsters of Hip-Hop & Contemporary Convention

A sign-up sheet for the Monsters of Hip-Hop & Contemporary Convention is on the bulletin board at the Studio. Convention dates are October 17-18 and will be held at Opryland Hotel. All dancers wanting to attend must sign-up and pay the convention fees by Monday, Sept. 21st.

Please Mark Your Calendars!

All ACSD Companies will be going to DanceXplosion Competition Feb. 19-21, 2010 at Acuff Theatre in Nashville. We will not know exact times or days until about 1-2 weeks before competition so please be available for all 3 days.

All ACSD Companies will also be performing at Main Street Festival in Franklin, TN. on April 24, 2010. Performing at Main Street is a great ACSD tradition and a wonderful opportunity to invite all your friends & family to come to the Festival and see the performance.

Date Changed!

It has become necessary for us to change the date for our first ACPC meeting from Sept. 10th to Thurs., Sept. 17th, 7:30 pm at the studio. The new parents meeting will also change to Sept. 17th, 7:00 pm at the studio.

Due to the change we will also be accepting nominations for Company Representatives until Sept. 17th. These elections will take place at the Sept. 17th meeting. We hope you will consider being a Company Representative. Reps are so important in helping our dancers be ready to perform and in helping the teachers communicate important information to the parents and dancers. We need Reps and currently there are many blank spaces that need to be filled in. Please consider serving in this important way.
